Warehousing

Toledo Chemical 3PL occupies a 120,000 sq ft warehouse centrally located in Toledo, OH. The building is equipped with a 2,500 sq ft warm room (65-85 degrees) and a 3,000 sq ft hot room (100-120 degrees) for climate controlled storage needs. There are multiple floors of mixed-use storage space. Advanced inventory control measures incorporating a two-step barcode authentication process produce accurate inventory management and reduce shipping and receiving errors.

Transloading

Located to the rear of Toledo Chemical 3PL’s warehouse are 2 full-service rail spurs outfitted with steam heat and high-pressure air lines ensuring year-round transloading capabilities. Whether transloading railcar to truck, railcar to IBC, or railcar to ISO tank; Toledo Chemical 3PL has the equipment necessary to fulfill customer requirements. Other transloading options include truck to truck, IBC to truck, and truck to railcar transfers.

Repackaging

Another segment of Toledo Chemical 3PL’s business is the ability to offer customers various repackaging options including, but not limited to, the following:

  • IBC’s (new and reconditioned 275 gal or 330 gal)

  • Drums (new and reconditioned 55 gal)

  • Pails (5 gal, screw top)

  • Super sack bulk bags

  • 3-ply paper bags (50 lbs, 25 kg)
